"I spoke at length to David, who personally took the time to stop by my place a few times and discuss the issues that my roof definitely needed to be addressed. He clarified some of the issues that the other roofing company inspectors pointed out to me, and since I'm no roofing expert, nor did I understand some of the roofing trade lingo, David took the time to explain to me in detail what I asked him about. Plus, while doing some renovations inside my house, I came across an odd ceiling rafter that I wasn't sure what its structural function was, so I called David and he came right over and went up in my attic and explained what it was and that it didn't affect what I was doing below it.
